In Idaho with the Mecham's

We made it to the mainland. We got to Salt Lake at 7am. My was a sweet, lifesaver and picked us up from the airport! I was too grumpy to her and feel awful! It was extremely kind of her to come down to get us! We stayed the first part of our trip with my family. We were exhausted from the trip! Redeyes are hard. Well I guess travel in general is hard. We were all lacking sleep and were so sick of sitting. The kids slept the whole way to Pingree, and so did I actually.

The kids were so excited to go play in the backyard when we finally made it home! They wanted to go out all the time, even when it was cold in the mornings. Cold for us ;)

Collette and Rohan also flew in from Washington to stay! Ryan got accepted to medical school and is going to Pacific Northwest University of Health and Sciences in Yakima. The kids had a blast with Rohan! They loved every minute!

We went bowling. The kids had fun! I got Rohan a strike!!

 I was taking this pic when Saniya got a strike. We were oblivious. She turned around and was so excited. She knew getting all the pins down was awesome and was super disappointed when we weren't cheering her on. Poor little thing!! We made a big deal about it, but it was after the fact so it didn't mean as much.

 All the kids got a strike. After bowling we went to Rupe's for lunch.

Jared had his 33 birthday, while we were at my parents house. We went out to Texas for dinner and of course had chocolate cake with cream cheese icing after. Happy birthday love!!

 

We rode out four wheelers to dig some fresh spuds, on home place.

We also rode tractors with Gramps! It is nice to be back in the country. Even for a short time!

We went to the cellar, and went through the wind tunnel. 

And played, a lot!

We got family pictures.

Then said some goodbyes and were off to the Schwartz's

After we visited with the Schwartz's my mom drove us back down to Salt Lake. We saw a rainbow. It was the first one we have seen since being in Hawaii, and will prob be the last for a long, long, time!  We spent the night in a hotel, because we flew out early. The kids spent the night in Gram's room.

 And took us at 5am to the airport. We really appreciate all you do mom! You are one in a million and I hope you feel our love always!!
