After grandpa's we went to Kirkland Ohio. It was cool to go see the Kirkland Temple but was weird that it still isn't owned by our church. I could feel the difference in the spirit of the place.
The Community of Christ is restoring the temple. The green door on the right is more of the original color.
After the temple, we went to the church historical sights. When we got there they just started watching a video, so we got a private tour from a cute missionary couple.
After Kirkland we headed to Buffalo for the night. We were tired but decided to go that night to see the falls lite up. It was pretty cool and the weather was great. The next day there was a downpour, flash flooding and all. So glad we went the night before!
